Procedures for service delivery
  1. Prepare a statement of indebtedness to audit the accounts receivable.
  2. Payment of any financial obligations to the applicant, if any, or receipt of any refunds.
  3. In the event of payment of the loan, the payment of the salary will be stopped if any, and the land mortgage will be written with an official letter addressed to the Department of Land and Survey and the destination of the deduction.
  4. Fill out the signature form and sign it from the branch manager and deliver it to the recipients of the service.
